Pilot draft. This page describes how ChemLayer handles data for Australian pool service workspaces. It is not formal legal advice.
ChemLayer is multi-tenant software for pool service businesses, operated by the ChemLayer team for pilot and design-partner use.
Account and workspace identity, customer and pool data you enter (profiles, readings, doses, visit history), Stripe billing references on the ChemLayer side, optional integration tokens if you connect a host system, and operational logs needed to run the service.
To provide the product, authenticate users, enforce tenant isolation and plan limits, bill Pro subscriptions via Stripe (AUD), support export/deletion requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell tenant chemistry data.
Beachhead is Australia (AUD; tenant timezone default Australia/Sydney; data residency preference for AU where infrastructure allows). Contact support for residency confirmation on your pilot workspace.
Stripe handles subscription billing and Checkout. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data as needed to run ChemLayer. Integration OAuth tokens are never included in tenant exports.
Owners may export tenant data and request workspace deletion. Integration tokens are never exported. Residual backups may remain for a limited operational window after deletion.
For privacy, export, or deletion requests during the pilot, use the support contact published on the ChemLayer site or provided to design partners.
